Lunch for Family of Four: Baked breaded chicken Breast; Pasta with steamed broccoli under a creamy cheddar/munster cheese sauce; Broccoli stem salad with red peppers, onion, and cottage cheese.

Ingredients:
4 pieces of chicken breast
3 heads of broccoli
1 box of whole wheat pasta (type varies)
1/2 block of cheese
1/4 cup of milk
2 tbsp corn starch
1 pepper
1 white onion
1/2 lemon
1 egg
1/2 cup of flower
1 cup breadcrumbs
container of cottage cheese

Instructions:
  • Season breadcrumbs according to taste: oregano, garlic powder, cumin, etc.
  • While water is boiling, dab chicken breast in egg, then flower, then breadcrumbs.
  • Put on a pan, preheat oven for 315 degrees.
  • Cut broccoli heads for steaming, save the stems! don't waste food.
  • Cook pasta while simultaneously steaming broccoli over water
  • Cook chicken for 30-40 minutes
  • Side pan, grade cheese, add milk, stir continuously, add cornstarch accordingly for thick consistency.
  • Dice up broccoli stem, pepper and onion, put in bowl with cottage cheese and spice accordingly.
  • Add lemon to chicken and small salad.

May include:
Cacao Nibs (whole/broken)
Goji berries
Flax/pumpkin seed or Sesame/Sunflower
Spirulina
Maca powder
Kava powder
Calamus pwdr
Huang Qin (Skullcap) pwdr
Gui Zhi (Cinnamon) pwdr
Kelp/dulse
Bee pollen
Bolivian/Himalayan rose salt
Cayenne pepper

Mix all of the powders/dry materials together, then add:

Cashew/Almond/Pecan/Walnut/Peanut butter
Vanilla extract
Agave nectar/Honey
Coconut oil

Mix together, spread in container, and refrigerate
